Here's another ladder drill added to our library. As promised we will grow our resource library all the time and also add more examples of the ladder drills for goalies.
In this example we will focus on quick lateral movement, which is extremely helpful for goaltenders on-ice movements. Do the move so that you alternate left and righ foot on the middle when you go through the ladder.
Notice how we are trying to keep hands still in front and maintain goalie like position.
